Sandra certainly knows who her clients are and absolutely does all she can to support them in their move. I met her at an open house a year before we intended to sell (we ended up selling much sooner). She came to our home and reviewed our concerns and began sending information that helped us in preparing to sell. At our request, she arranged Realtors in the areas we were considering as future homes. She assisted us with finding homes for items we did not keep and she helped us prepare the home to sell when we ran into a snag. She is an aggressive sales agent - offered us as many open houses as we wanted, followed up with prospective buyers and contacted them again when the property fell out of escrow. She was quick to complete all of her required documentation and encouraged the buying Realtor in areas that needed to be completed in order for the sale to move forward. Besides all this, she is a fun person and a joy to spend time with. | |||||
